Titanium Electrolyzer for Electro Chlorinator

We design, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of Titanium electrolyzer cell assembly for electro chlorinators, having the production capacity of single electrolyzer, starting from 15 grams to 250 kilograms of sodium hypochlorite per hour. Higher quantity of hypo is being produced by multifold cell assemblies.

PPE, CTE, PPME, Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse polarization cell assemblies are in our scope. We design the cells to consume 3.5 to 4.0 cell voltage, with the coating life guarantee of 5 years. We manufacture the electrodes from Titanium Sheet, Mesh, Plate, Rod, Wire, Tube, Pipe and the combination of all the above, confirming to ASTM B 265, 348 & 337 or 338 gr. 1 & 2 also in Hastelloy ‘C-276’. Electrodes are activated with platinum group mixed metal Precious oxides and or platinum in the thickness of minimum 10 micron.
